The Crawford Grill Redevelopment Project aims to preserve and honor Pittsburgh's rich jazz history, restore and open the historic Crawford Grill Jazz Club building, and assist in community and economic development in the Hill District by creating opportunities in food services training, artistic and cultural education, merchandising, retail sales, music distribution, music marketing, and entrepreneurial education and development.
